One of those that just can't keep their hands, I mean mouths off of things?
I have one that will take things, and then try and put them back in her own way.
She really enjoys it when Chad works in the pasture. He has zero tolerance for her, so of course she wants him and his stuff!
He also tries to ignore her and that makes it even funnier to me...she doesn't quit reguardless of what he does...or doesn't do.
As if there wasn't enough water on the ground she decided to add to it.
But then she decided maybe she needed a drink from the hose. She likes to drink out of the hose, but only when she can do it herself. She won't drink if you try and hold the hose for her.
It's fresher straight from the hose she claims!
If any of the other horses are round, they are subject to having her newly aquired tool used on them. She has smacked Horse Girl and Tari with the muck rake...in the ankle because she hasn't quite figured out how to get it in the air... Once she gets that thing up, someone is sure to loose an eye.
No one is willing to drink with her when the hose is in the trough. They hate being sprayed. And spray she does...up, down, and sideways. She gets everyone wet.
In these last few photos she took the hose out, and then spent about 3 minutes trying to get it back into the trough.
She could get it up over the side, but just couldn't manage to get it to stay inside again.
She finally gave up and decided to drink from the hose as it added to the slop on the ground...
Crazy horse...

Intelligent horse! I always think the curious ones are the most intelligent. What a character she is- which one is she?
Shirley- This is Fiona, the roany pony. Cow horse/foundation on top and race horse on the bottom... Curious is a nice way to put her nosiness! (0: She goes to work this summer, so we will get to gauge her brain here as soon as the weather allows! (0L
My 3 yr old gelding and filly are both that way. They dont mess with the hose, but god help you if you are trying to get any work done around them at all. This past fall, the run-in shelter was blown about 40 ft by the winds, yeah, litterally picked up and thrown about 40 feet. I was gone, I drive truck and they are at a friends house, so that weekend the friends went about rebuilding the shelter, that filly and gelding drove them NUTS, hammers, pliers, impact, drill, nothing was safe. When they were finishing up, they had the flatbed car trailer I use for hay hauling in the shelter to reach the top, and my gelding thought he could litterally climb on the trailer, in the shelter. Hes a dork but I would be lost without him. Redoing fence with those two around is always fun, cause they know how to take the electic fence clips off the posts too. UGGGHHH Drive me crazy
Anon- I am SO glad that I've only got one that is a "helper"... I cannot imagine trying to get anything done with more! Thanks for sharing!! (0:
