Actually that's an original t-shirt design from Threadless and it doesn't have the text on it, and I'm pretty sure the original idea of the design was that you shouldn't go flogging yourself half to death uselessly trying to make yourself into a unicorn if you are a rhino, but instead be happy being a rhino. :)
